Capital Gymnastics Committee is responsible for the general running of your club.

What does the Committee do?

• Manage resources — Overseeing finances, staff, and assets responsibly, including fundraising and applying for grants.

• Represent athletes’ and members’ interests — Ensuring decisions reflect the values of the club.

• Oversee employment of the club manager and coaches.

• Governance – Ensuring legal compliance and developing a long-term Strategic Plan for the club

• Ensure good communication — Keeping our members and community informed through newsletters, website and social media.

The Committee is made up of parents of athletes
who volunteer their time to help run the club.
