Birthday Party Bliss at Capital Gymnastics
Celebrate your child’s birthday with a twist at Capital Gymnastics! Our venue offers a spectacular setting for birthday parties that kids of all ages will adore.
Party Schedule:
First Hour: As soon as your party starts, the kids hit the gym floor for a fun-filled hour of gymnastics activities led by our friendly coaches. Meanwhile, adults can set up party essentials in our designated seating area without missing a beat.
Second Hour: After working up an appetite, it’s time for food, snacks, and drinks (please keep food off the gym equipment). Kids will then enjoy some free time back in the gym while adults can organize and pack up comfortably before the party wraps up.
Please Note:
Our birthday parties are designed for children aged 5 and older for safety reasons. If younger children will be joining the festivities, please let us know when you fill out the booking form so we can make the necessary accommodations.

Experienced, qualified gymnastics coaches to supervise age-appropriate games and activities
A kitchen area (with fridge/freezer, a zip and microwave) for food preparation
Chairs and tables for party food
A large viewing area
Ample free parking for guests
Close to Countdown supermarket (in case you forget something)

Food, drink, party decorations and goodies.
Care and supervision of the children during the second hour of the package.
Set up and clean up of the party area within the allocated time slot.

Parties are available on Sundays only. There are two session times available:
11:15am - 1:15pm
1:30pm - 3:30pm
(3:45pm - 5:45pm party available on request. Please email the office)

The cost of a party is $285 for up to 20 children.
You will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 within 4 days to secure your booking.
Your booking will only be confirmed when we receive payment.
