We offer a wide range of classes including preschool gymnastics, general recreation, trampoline, tumbling, competitive artistic for both male and females and competitive trampoline. We also offer holiday programmes and birthday party bookings and we deliver to local early childcare centres, schools and institutes. 
Capital Gymnastics is a charity supported by a volunteer committee. 
Capital Gymnastics is located at 11 Hutchison Road, Newtown, Wellington
​(entrance via Wellington Indoor Sports).
